Designing and conducting programme, portfolio and thematic evaluations using theory-based, realist and mixed-method approaches. Applying OECD-DAC criteria through mid-term reviews, end-of-programme evaluations and other independent assessments, supported by a systems lens.

Learning and adaptation

Helping programmes use evidence through structured reflection, cross-programme learning, knowledge products and collaboration, learning and adaptation processes. Facilitating learning in complex systems to support sensemaking, adaptation and evidence-informed decision-making.

Using evidence, programme logic and results architecture to strengthen programme design, strategic direction and implementation.
